Note: The entries below are for geographic convenience and does not signify administrative jurisdiction. Highly urbanized and independent cities are included within the provinces they are traditionally associated, except for Zamboanga and Davao cities. Cotabato City is grouped with Maguindanao and Isabela City with Basilan eventhough these two cities are outside of ARMM's jurisdiction.
