As one can read on https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_current_systems_for_electric_rail_traction#AC_voltage , there exist also railways operated with a frequency of 25 Hertz. Most of these railways are situated at the East Coast of USA in New York area, but there exist also a railway in Austria and Norway using this frequency. The power supply technique is the same as for railways using 16.7 Hz and 16.67 Hz described on WikiProject Power networks/Germany/DB Energie and therefore power grids with 25 Hertz are used.

There are no maps in the internet of power lines operated with 25 Hertz in the internet, so a generation of a map like http://overpass-api.de/api/convert?data=%28%0D%0Away%5B%22power%22~%22line%7Cbusbar%7Ccable%22%5D%5B%22frequency%22~%2216%5B%2C.67%5D%2B%22%5D%5B%22voltage%22~%22%28132%7C110%7C66%7C33%29000%22%5D%5B%22operator%22~%22%28DB_Energie%7CDB+Energie%29%22%5D%3B%3E%3B%0D%0Away%5B%22power%22~%22line%7Ccable%22%5D%5B%22frequency%22~%2216%5B%2C.67%5D%2B%22%5D%5B%22voltage%22~%22%28132%7C110%7C66%29000%22%5D%5B%22operator%3A2%22%3D%22DB_Energie%22%5D%3B%3E%3B%0D%0A%29%3B%0D%0Aout+skel%3B&target=ol_fixed would be a great idea.
