A landform is a natural or artificial feature of the solid surface of the Earth. A landform is a feature on the Earth's surface that is part of the terrain. Mountains, hills, plateaus, and plains are the four major types of landforms.
Note that the key natural=* is a competing tag. Some prefer not to use the key natural=* as it's common English usage does not encompass made made/altered features and it also mixes land covers and land features in the one key. The key natural=* is presently more commonly used.
