The Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI) Team for OpenStreetMap always welcomes new contributors. Whether you are a newcomer or an old-timer, whether you can contribute frequently or sporadically, there are ways to get involved. As a Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI) Team member, you can:
- Organize events to improve inclusion in OpenStreetMap.
- Cross-collaborate with OpenStreetMap members and OpenStreetMap Foundation Working Groups to enable community members from diverse background to contribute effectively.
- Create outreach content like videos, infographics, OpenStreetMap diary entries, and blog posts to improve the visibility of under-represented community members in the OpenStreetMap community.
