ref:landsdeelcode=* is the 2-digit reference code, assigned by the Dutch government to each country part (Dutch: landsdeel) in the Netherlands.
The country parts are defined by and the codes are assigned by Statistics Netherlands (Dutch: Centraal Bureau voor de Statistiek).
The codes are sometimes written with a prefix LD, to clarify that the code is a landsdeelcode. These prefixes are not included in the tagging. Data consumers can prepend prefixes themselves as needed.
