Cleanup

Please clarify the reason for cleanup. I don't see any colision here. --Jgpacker (talk) 21:31, 30 April 2015 (UTC)

What does Category:Java means? Why Java Access Example placed here? Why LoroDux placed here? Why Mapsplit placed here? Why Java_Runtime_Environment listed here?
Who should read category Category:Java? Target audience?
Why one should read category Category:Java? Use cases? Xxzme (talk) 21:59, 30 April 2015 (UTC)
Category:Java already has a description. All the pages you mentioned fall within Category:Java's current description (except Lorodux, which is overcategorized). If you want to, you can create more specific subcategories such as Category:Software implemented in Java, categorized under Category:Software and Category:Java, but the way it is right now isn't wrong either. --Jgpacker (talk) 22:23, 1 May 2015 (UTC)
Not only Category:Software implemented in Java, there Category:Technical guide using Java language, Category:Libraries written in Java language, Category:Libraries with API in Java language. Software/libraries cat is at my lowest priority, clean-up label should be visible until somebody deicide to sort content by function.
"software" cat is now populated with tools/frameworks for developers. There should be specific cat or portal for software developers in general. Develop is not sufficient. Xxzme (talk) 22:38, 1 May 2015 (UTC)
There is no need to make a lot of more specific categories in this case. The way it is right can be a little cumbersome when there are a lot of pages, but it isn't wrong either. If Category:Software implemented in Java were created, it would contain 90% or more of Category:Java's current pages anyway. --Jgpacker (talk) 20:36, 2 May 2015 (UTC)
> If Category:Software implemented in Java were created, it would contain 90% or more of Category:Java's current pages anyway. Yes and you will have 3 or more categories to start more specific search.
> The way it is right can be a little cumbersome when there are a lot of pages, but it isn't wrong either. So there nothing wrong in Category:Software implemented in Java containing 90% of content. Xxzme (talk) 21:30, 2 May 2015 (UTC)
