Dear Mr Kauffmann, Herewith the association Grande Traversée des Alpes, international secretariat of the Via Alpina and owner of the registered trademark “Via Alpina”, authorizes you and any other contributor of OpenStreetMap (OSM) - to use the name Via Alpina to identify relevant trail portions on OSM - to reproduce and modify on OSM the data on accommodation structures along the trail, as published on via-alpina.org. This authorization is given on the conditions that “via-alpina.org” is mentioned as the source of the data in OSM and that the resulting data itself is shared under a free and open license.
