English: Birmingham Intermodal Freight Terminal These massive gantry cranes transship containers between train, lorry and storage stacks as easily and quickly as a child stacking Lego! This new freight terminal at Birch Coppice was created on the site of a former colliery and also involved the re-building and re-opening the former Kingsbury branch.
