Опис: Емблемою Генеральної прокуратури України є круг темно-синього кольору, у центрі якого вміщено зображення срібного меча періоду княжої доби вістрям донизу. Меч накладено на золоті терези. У центрі емблеми – малий Державний Герб України. Зображення по колу обрамлено двома золотими дубовими гілками.
