A Capela de São Sebastião localiza-se na Ericeira, concelho de Mafra. Ermida do século XVII, situada fora da vila, tem o interior totalmente forrado a azulejos. A pequena capela de São Sebastião, está junto à estrada que liga Sintra e a Ericeira. Tem origens na Idade Média e num pedido feito pelos habitantes da Terrugem ao Patriarca de Lisboa, para que pudessem ter uma "pequena ermida, com pia baptismal e capelão", evitando, desta maneira, terem de se deslocar à igreja de Santa Maria de Sintra, que ficava longe e os transportes eram muito escassos e difíceis de arranjar.
