English: Carey, Ohio, September 12, 2007 -- Jim Sherwood, an hydrologist with the United States Geological Survey (USGS) marks flood waterline on a local barbershop entrance in the center of town.The bronze plaque on the store owners entrance is a historical marker indicating the level of the 1981 flood.
