Deutsch: Gedenkstein am Zusammenfluß der Roten und Wilden Weißeritz und dem Einlauf des Anfang der 1960'er Jahre zugeschütteten Mühlgrabens zur Mehnertmühle (1348—1951). Die Inschrift lautet:
"Du freier Gesell von Bergeshöhn/ hier mußt du nun das Mühlrad drehn/ dein Lauf sei ruhig und stetig/ unser Leben friedlich und tätig. Gottfried Richard Mehnert 1934", letzter Müller (1919—1951). Eine Jahreszahl MDXLVII verweist auf ein nicht noch beschriebenes Ereignis in der Geschichte der Mühle.
English: Memorial stone with inscription: "Daring son of mountain and hill/ down here you must drive the water-mill/ serve constantly and never cease/ may our busy life stay full of peace. Gottfried Richard Mehnert 1934", last miller (1919—1951). The stone commemorates the mill-race to the Mehnert mill (1348—1951); filled up and disused since the early 1960ies. In the year MDXLVII took place a major event in the history of the mill, which is not yet identified.
