Summary

Description
English: This is an overview of my proposal for a New Pedestrian-style, eco-village just outside the Washington D.C. beltway at the closing Hyde Field/Washington Executive Airport. Capital City could be new headquarters for the U.S. Department of Transportation and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, both of which are in need of new buildings. As an experiment in Modern Monetary Theory, the model city could financed entirely by permanent money spent into existence by the government.
