Summary

Description
English: Often placed diagonally in narrow streets at shopping centers to accommodate loads of bicycles, this type was a street architects' favorite during the 1960's and 70's. Higher stability than either 'flat' or 'question mark' loops; they now are often replaced by other types due to their lack of safety.
