Deutsch: Rapperswil ist ein Ort in der Gemeinde Rapperswil-Jona im Südwesten des Kantons St. Gallen in der Schweiz. Rapperswil liegt am östlichen Zürichseeufer und ist dank dem Zürichseeufer, der Altstadt und Knies Kinderzoo ein beliebter Ausflugsort. In Rapperswil beginnt auch der Seedamm nach Pfäffikon SZ.
English: Rapperswil is a former municipality and since January 2007 part of the municipality of Rapperswil-Jona in the Wahlkreis (constituency) of See-Gaster in the canton of St. Gallen in Switzerland, located at the east side of the Lake Zurich.
Français : Rapperswil est une ville de suisse et une ancienne commune du canton de Saint-Gall, située dans le district de See-Gaster.
