Deutsch: Zusatzzeichen 1020-13: Inline-Skaten und Rollschuhfahren frei. Die Novellierung der Straßenverkehrsordnung zum 1. September 2009 hat in § 31 ein Zusatzzeichen mit Inlineskater-Piktogramm eingeführt, das Inlineskatern die Benutzung der Fahrbahn, insbesondere in Tempo-30-Zonen und Fahrradstraßen, sowie Radverkehrsanlagen erlauben kann. Ohne entsprechende Beschilderung bleibt das Spielen auf der Fahrbahn, den Seitenstreifen und das Befahren von Radwegen in Deutschland für Inline-Skater und Rollschuhfahrer verboten. Fahren mit Inline-Skater und Rollschuhfahrer Quelle zum Sinnbild: Bundesgesetzblatt 52, Teil 1, Bonn, am 13. August 2009, S. 2633. DIe Verordnung trat am 1. September 2009 in Kraft. Aufgrund falsch angegebener Verordnungsermächtigungen wurde die Novelle von 2009 jedoch nach kurzer Zeit vom Bundesverkehrsministerium für nichtig erklärt und der vorher gültige Verkehrszeichen-Katalog wieder eingesetzt. Daher wurde das Schild erst mit der Neufassung der StVO von 2013 letztendlich gültig. Das Zusatzzeichen wird in folgenden Bemaßungen angeboten: 420 x 231 mm, 600 x 330 mm sowie 750 x 412 mm. |
