• Image should be fine under Fair Use / Fair Dealing. The image is only used to refer to the original source. Perhaps have the image also as a link back to the Monopoly entry page? That would clearly be Fair Dealing / Fair Use, using the image to show to what the link is pointing. Rw 17:12, 13 September 2009 (UTC)

• Well, if you consider this covered by Fair Dealing, I will simply accept it - my knowledge about UK law is rather limited (I assume that UK law applies for our wiki rather than US law?). This should, however, be stated on the description page ("This image is used under Fair Dealing ... " or something), and I also suggest to add the Monopoly link to both the description page and every page that uses the image. If it's technically possible, we maybe could try your suggestion and use the image itself as a link. --Tordanik 19:52, 13 September 2009 (UTC)
