Import/Catalogue/Myanmar/Boundaries

In 2013 the GIS department of MIMU gave us permission to upload the Myanmar district boundaries.

The data was frozen for few years but recently has been converted to proper .osm relation-ways data and decided to be uploaded and carefully merge with the admin_level=2 country boundaries.
