The architect:wikidata=* key is a machine-readable form of architect=*. It contains the ID of the Wikidata item for the feature's operator, by analogy with wikidata=*, which contains the ID of the Wikidata item for the feature itself.
How to tag
Add a architect:wikidata=* tag to a building that has the property architect=*.
Its value should be a Wikidata item identifier, including the "Q" prefix.
