There can be many types of hoops with various forms, but the main characteristic is that a lock cannot be removed unless it is opened (not like a bollar). Hoops can be alongside the parking lot like for bicycles, or on the edge closer to the wheel. Usually, hoops are not as high as for bicycles. | |
