Rationale

Indicate the presence of an incline that is not very steep. Individuals traveling on footways may want to avoid any kind of hill due to health issues or mobility impairment. Additionally car travel can be inefficient when there is high traffic on an incline because waiting on an incline in traffic for long periods of time uses a lot of gas. This would be used in contrast to the current incline_steep feature.

Applies to

Incline_Shallow would be a node type.
