Proposal

To mark bird hides. Wikipedia sums it up as: a shelter, often camouflaged, that is used to observe wildlife, especially birds, at close quarters which resembles a garden shed, with small openings, shutters, or windows built into at least one side to enable observation.

Rationale

Birdwatching is a very popular leisure activity, and being able to find hides could be useful.

Tagging discussion

I am proposing leisure=bird_hide, as the building=* key is for areas rather than nodes.

leisure=wildlife_hide is a fair alternative to bird_hide. This could include places to watch badgers, bears, deer etc.

Possible icons

I would think of this as a node, which could render as a pair of binoculars, probably only at zoom=18

This icon from http://www.nps.gov/hfc/carto/map-symbols.htm works for me: Binocs-b-on-w.pngBinocs-w-on-b.png
