Proposal

To unify and centralize tagging schemes that relate to the features that assist in the collection, treatment and delivery of water. More specificity is needed to differentiate between different kinds of functions for water work features that is currently not supported by the disparate methods to tag water works features. These are features that are artificial (human-built) and are designed for use with water bound for reuse.
