Problem with editors
I think proposed tagging will be very error prone when editing, unless there is specific support for it in all editors.
- Reversing a way will move stop sign to the other end of the road.
- Splitting a way will introduce "ghost" stop sign.
- Joining two or more ways will either remove or move stop signs.
On the other hands editors issue generic warnings and assistance when you modify relation members. Besides, stop sign means that you should stop when approaching intersection on a specific road. So it is naturally a relation between a road and intersection. --Blaz 10:01, 29 August 2009 (UTC)
