Index -> anchors

I wanted to make an index of the signs, but having "Description [edit]]" in a cell was ugly.
So, I made each sign ID an anchor so that other documents can refer to a particular sign. With this command:

It means that in Belgium, goods vehicles over 3.5 tons aren't allowed to overtake other vehicles on roads with two lanes in each direction (unless explicitely signed that they can, with sign F107). --Eimai 11:38, 11 July 2009 (UTC)

No entry

Using oneway tag for roads that have 'no entry' sign on one end is not appropriate for roads that don't have 'oneway' sign on other end. There seems to be no correct tag for 'no entry' sign at the moment. Closest thing I could find is on the discussion page of turn restrictions http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Talk:Relation:restriction#No_Entry .
