Sorry about my almost non-existing French...

Is there any information about this in English somewhere? I'm not clear if this agreement is limited only to SPOT imagery of France and only limited to data actually on french ground. I found some user tracing heavily data from SPOT imagery in Germany near french border and I'm in doubt that this is covered by the license. If this is the case you should make it explicit in a prominent place (if you not already haven't and I just looked in the wrong places).

Sure, here it is : http://www.youmapps.org/licenses/EULA-OSM-en.html I have updated the main page. Also I'm not a lawyer, I don't see any problem in using those images near french borders to trace in germany. sletuffe 13:53, 1 November 2010 (UTC)
I'm not a lawyer, too. I just know that license formulations can be tricky and laws can look very different if a lawer or a layman interprets them :-). I saw this and I'm not sure about what AREA OF INTEREST means. It is said that an AREA OF INTEREST may be smaller than then the digital product from SPOT/CNES. That means, it is not simply the case that in general all data on an image is allowed to be used. I just don't see a clear definition of this AREA OF INTEREST and when I read the whole stuff a few weeks ago, I had the impression it is only allowed to extract data for the area of France. --Hkucharek 14:03, 1 November 2010 (UTC)

Un moyen d'utiliser ces images depuis Potlatch ?

Je me demandais si quelqu'un avait une idée d'une URL permettant d'utiliser ces images depuis l'éditeur en ligne....
Merci d'avance,
