To define a Twitter-page of an object.
The value is the Page-URL or the Twittername (without '@').
There is an alternative, more simple key without a namespace: twitter=*, but contact:twitter=* is used roughly 30 times more often (As of December 2021[update] according to Taginfo).
As of Friday, 18th May 2024 the Twitter.com domain began to redirect to X.com. So this tag might be changed to contact:x=* in the future.
