Major change in French signalling tagging scheme

Hi Noeld, I noticed you changed the tagging scheme significantly in the change https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/w/index.php?title=OpenRailwayMap%2FTagging_in_France&type=revision&diff=2707725&oldid=2707696. This scheme diverges from every other country because of the use of railway:signal for everything.

Can you add the type of signal (main, distant, speed_limit, speed_limit_distant) back, so that non-country-specific renderers can also interpret the data correctly?

The new schema is also very difficult to parse for renderers because of the use of indices for referencing of multiple signals, instead of having them as separate keys. See https://github.com/hiddewie/OpenRailwayMap-vector/pull/50 for an example on rendering French signalling of the previous version of the tagging scheme. This becomes impossible with the new scheme.
