The curb cuts are for pedestrian accommodation (by way of an unmarked crosswalk), but the receiving ramp leads directly into landscaping. A second receiving ramp -- not along the direct path of the crosswalk -- provides more appropriate accommodation, but is still not ADA-compliant.
