The great festival of Nepalis, Bijaya Dashami, which is close to the day of Fulpati (Festival), brings special worship to Taleju Bhavani Devi in this Dashain house. It is also customary to offer sacrifices on that day. That is why this artistic house is called Dashain Ghar. This Dashain house was also built during the reign of King Siddhinar Singh Malla. Indigenous and foreign tourists flock to see the fine art of this house. |
