English: Entrance to Oweynagat (the Cave of Cats), a souterrain at Rathcroghan neolithic site, Co Roscommon. In Irish mythology it is known as the gateway to the underworld, the birthplace of Queen Maedhbh and where the Morrigan emerges at Samhain to spread winter
