| Description |
English: Judging by the base an old (Victorian?) sewer vent, or stench pipe at the west end of Blundellsands Road West. The adjacent cabinets are labelled "channel reach detention tank", so I guess there is a subterranean balancing tank for sewage outflow into Liverpool Bay. |
