The Lincoln Highway is a route that was announced officially in the 1913 and was set forth by a set of business men. A route book could be purchased later in the year that took travelers along existing roads. There are at least three levels of routes. The 1913 route a second version with a publication from 1921 a third version that has lots of US 30 and before becoming US 30 with the numbered naming conventions.
