A zip-line is used to transport people or material down a rope or wire in a sliding way. So it is related to aerial lifts, in my opinion. There is also a proposal to tag it as playground=zipwire in Proposed features/Playground Equipment, but I think aerialway=zip_line is more generic.

but without pylons and middle-stations of course.
