Proposal:Hitchhiker Station

Hey,

I'm from germany and heard about hitchhikers stations in the netherlands ... I hitchhike myself very often. My idea is to create hitchhikers stations (c) where people drive from (a) to (b) park for some minutes at (c) and wait for hitchhikers. At the moment my english is not so good so I'll stop now ...

I hope you understand my idea ....
