CIA coast and lake import

A import of the coastline of Norway was necessary, because there were 100s of km of coast lacking. The import also had some of the large lakes. Therefor thees were imported, some of them are in Finland and in Sweeden.

The source is a smoothed coastline. If you have a better source where this was imported, just delete the lake/coastline.
