This category is for requests for data from organizations, governmental or otherwise, successful or not. Preferably these pages will include the actual correspondence between the requestor and the organization. This may be useful for others to form their own requests. Be considerate and ask for permission to post the response of the organization, and if it is not granted then write a summary of the response.
