Dear Moisés,

First of all, we want to thank you for the work you do from the OpenStreetMap platform to make available to users a set of global geographic data from collaborative work. In this sense, we thank you for your interest in incorporating the information on the Digital Street Map of Unified Andalusia (CDAU), the fruit of the collaboration between the Local Administration and the Junta de Andalucía to your platform.

Regarding the license of use, as you know the IECA has the license of use Creative Commons Recognition 4.0 (CC BY 4.0) that implies the authorization for the reuse of the information in non-restrictive conditions, being possible the copying, distribution and public communication , as well as the production of derivative works, even for commercial purposes citing authorship in accordance with art. 29.2 of Law 3/2013 of July 24, which approves the Statistical and Cartographic Plan of Andalusia 2013-2017.

In this sense, the mention of complying with the obligation to cite the authorship of the information through a page in which the credits of all the entities that provide information appear is considered a reasonable way of complying with the obligation provided that said page mention the information provided by the CDAU and the date of update thereof.

Regarding the signing of a permit by the IECA for the incorporation of the data to the OSM platform, after its study, we understand that it is not applicable given that through the license of use with which the IECA disseminates its data, among them the CDAU, this allows the free use of them without restrictions.

Estimado Moisés,

En primer lugar, queremos agradecer el trabajo que realizáis desde la plataforma OpenStreetMap para poner a disposición de los usuarios un conjunto de datos geográficos globales a partir del trabajo colaborativo. En este sentido os agradecemos el interés por incorporar la información del Callejero Digital de Andalucía Unificado (CDAU), fruto del trabajo de colaboración de la Administración Local y la Junta de Andalucía a vuestra plataforma.

Respecto a la licencia de uso, como sabes el IECA cuenta con la licencia de uso Creative Commons Reconocimiento 4.0 (CC BY 4.0) que implica la autorización para la reutilización de la información en condiciones no restrictivas, siendo posible la copia, distribución y comunicación pública, así como la producción de obras derivadas, incluso con finalidad comercial citando la autoría de acuerdo con el art. 29.2 de la Ley 3/2013 de 24 de julio por la que se aprueba el Plan Estadístico y Cartográfico de Andalucía 2013-2017.

En este sentido la mención al cumplimiento de la obligación de citar la autoría de la información a través de una página en la que aparecen los créditos de todas las entidades que proporcionan información se considera una manera razonable de cumplimiento de la obligación siempre que en dicha página se mencione la información que aporta el CDAU y la fecha de actualización de la misma.

Respecto a la firma de un permiso por parte del IECA para la incorporación de los datos a la plataforma OSM, después de su estudio, entendemos que no es de aplicación dado que a través de la licencia de uso con que difunde sus datos el IECA, entre ellos el CDAU, ésta permite el uso libre de los mismo sin restricciones.
