Answers and manifestos
Below are the manifestos and the answers of the 2023 OSMF board election candidates to the official questions (set by our election facilitator, Chisom Ejeh, with some modifications by non-candidate board members). The official questions are based on questions by the community. It was up to the candidates to answer all the official questions or just a few of them. Our suggestion was to answer all of them. The official answers and questions thereof should be what voters use to judge.

When voting on OpaVote, enable JavaScript. Disable ad blockers and plugins like Decentraleyes that block content. Cookies must be allowed. You risk submitting a blank vote otherwise! Test your browser settings (except cookies) before voting by visiting this sandbox voting page where you should see a list of OpenStreetMap editors (randomised each time you load the page). Use the same browser settings, make sure cookies are allowed and then proceed to vote for the election. The sandbox page is only for testing purposes: the vote button does not work and votes on the OSM editors are not counted. This is how the voting page should look like (except the red arrows and the fake candidate list). |
