Import -U-WIMP is an import of water points FROM 26 villages in Gulu District Uganda, collected in May-June 2022, is proposed.

Background

The main object of the Uganda water infrastructure mapping project is to influence the increase in the frequency of data collected on water points and their core parameters that are commonly measured to improve the accuracy of their decision support tools for Water, Sanitation and Hygiene(WASH). This project is mainly capitalised on the growing and well-established network of YouthMappers who continue to adopt and integrate the humanitarian data collection approaches coupled with their ‘sense of place’ and lived experience to create and contributes datasets for impact and policy support in the country.
