Sounds reasonable. For the receiprical, I think there should be a new WD external ID property linking directly to the Qnnn values. Feel free to change these things without checking on the talk page first :) Also, there is a discussion on the tagging list to use CC0 license for the Item namespace. Please support. --Yurik (talk)

Please do not add label translation, only description
