dates- Nov 4 is confirmed. 5 is under discussion with venue. Introductions by everyone Manoj asked about the possibility of setting up 100 rupee registration fees because last time there was dropout after RSVP. Most agreed. Ark said we should form a group for communications (social media, posters, etc). Athul volunteered to coordinate. Manoj told there's possibility of sponsorship for stay for some people. Have to discuss and finalize. Hall can accommodate 50-80 people. Presentations we need open call. No opportunity for parallel tracks or workshops
Jinoy - Wikidata birthday celebration could be clubbed - a lot of people are doing it globally. Manoj: Should find if people active in wikidata can come. Let's follow up ark - let's update on osm wiki and wikidata wiki
Hall is ready only for 4th. 5th is being discussed.
Manoj: Do we have streaming ability? Jinoy: Can record. Streaming is hard
ark: We have some budget for food, swag. Should see what to do to raise more money
Manoj: I will take care of hall, projector, mic, food, stay discussions. Hall advance given. Others should take up registration, etc.
ark: T-shirt printing budget, I'll take care
Online promotion and documentation, someone should help Athul. There's design and decision part.
Manoj: Need clear and regular follow-ups on registration, scholarships, etc.
Jinoy: Will spend some time on promotion. (Manoj: Please follow up with wikidata part also)
Muzirian: can take up proposals/scheduling
Manoj: Any website? ark: We can add to the osm kerala website. But we can maintain just wiki page also
Athul: We should target 15th for registration, dates, etc.
Yaseen: Can do promotion in IndiaFOSS There are also other events in Trivandrum, etc
