A courtesy phone is a phone or an intercom located in train stations or airport and is used by a customer to seek information.

Rationale
This tag will be used in the project of indoor cartography of french train stations.
Tagging
As a part of a traveller toolbox to seek information, it is logical to use the tag tourism=information.
I propose to add a new type of information : information=courtesy_telephone combined with operator=*.
