Rationale
Need tag for mapping peaked ridges. Simplest criterion for identification difference between any natural=ridge and natural=arete - people can't walk by top of this ridge. Path can go below parallel arete or go near top and sometimes crossing its. Also arete may be not part of ridge - f. e. single rock. If use only approved tags that arete can be mapped as two opposed ways natural=cliff by common nodes.
