Summary
Most shops have trolleys to do shopping, and it is useful to know if the shop, like a supermarket, or some shops were it's not sure there's trolleys (like sports shops or do-it-yourself shops), where you want to go has trolleys (if it hasn't, you may take your own bags etc.). The tag trolley=yes/no provide this information.
The tag could be used also for airports where there's frequently trolley for baggages. Then the tag trolley=yes could be associated with trolley:cargo=yes.

Rendering
