ODbL Coverage Map Issues

The map at http://osm.informatik.uni-leipzig.de/map/ just shows the "...more OSM coming soon" error tiles in my area when I try to zoom in. It's been like that for at least a week now. Unfortunately I can't find whom this should be reported to. A problematic area can be seen at: http://osm.informatik.uni-leipzig.de/map/?zoom=12&lat=52.42604&lon=0.70599

Merge with Remapping maybe?

I did some tidying work on the 'Tools' list here recently, but there's more detailed info over on the Remapping page, and then no links back to this one. It occurs to me the pages should probably be merged somehow. This will take some rewriting work though. Probably the details of JOSM and Potlatch tools should then be split off that merged page onto their own more detailed pages. We sort of have two overview pages at the moment.

No objection here. I set up this page quite a while ago, after the first mass mailing. By now it is rather outdated in several other aspects as well, for example in my comments on remapping. Perhaps this page could (after some further updates) serve as a more general introduction, while the Remapping page might contain the a description of the tools. We could link there from here saying that the tools to aid in remapping also help figuring out whom to contact. -- Oli-Wan 12:16, 16 December 2011 (UTC)

On second thoughts I think maybe this more wordy description can remain on there, while the more practical tools and tips go on the Remapping page, and we can cross-link the two. I've added several links to Remapping on here now and I have moved the tools list over there -- Harry Wood 13:37, 6 January 2012 (UTC)

Great! With your refinements the tips fit in nicely on the Remapping page. I'll try and update the "Short intro" section, which may either remain here, or also be taken to Remapping in case we ultimately discard this one. -- Oli-Wan 15:18, 6 January 2012 (UTC)
