Why not extend this to industrial hazard.

For example with

• hazard_prone=yes
• hazard_type=industrial
• hazard_source=explosion|nuclear|pollution

I do not know elsewhere, but here in France the government has define very precise risk management and risk survey. There is a hazard classification including natural and industrial and a public database that list each risk for every city. It's a very reliable source. --Padorange (talk) 11:59, 18 May 2013 (UTC)
