Tag mass editing

The main reason this tag has any usage is because RTFM did a an un-discussed mass edit 19 days ago where he changed rental=yes on 180 POIs to motorcycle:rental. Along with doing other mass edits of this and other tags to artificially boast their numbers. In my opinion that makes not legitimate. Any tagging scheme being pushed RTFM in this way shouldn't be accepted or supported. Know matter where it is or what the tag is. That includes this one, but there's also many other instances where he has mass-edited long established and less obtuse tags in favor of his own tagging schemes. Scooters

Since scooters and mobility scooters are not types of motorcycles (which highlights well the obvious problems with this tagging "scheme"), it would be good if rental=scooter and rental=mobility_scooter is suggested to use in those cases instead. --Adamant1 (talk) 22:12, 15 February 2020 (UTC)
