Talk:Kosmos General Purpose Rules

Wie kann man für die ParkingArea neben der farblichen Markierung auch noch das Symbol setzen? Ich habe folgendes versucht: ParkingArea || area || amenity=parking || Polygon (Color=#F6EEB7) )
Icon (MinZoom=13, IconUrl=http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/images/7/74/Parking.png, Width=12:5;17:20) ||Parking.png

Aber dabei kommt immer eine Fehlermeldung in Kosmos. Und wie kann ich die Rendering Rules anpassen, ohne die Generellen Regeln hier zu bearbeiten?

OK, using Google translate here :). Basically the questions were: can "Icon template be used for areas" and "How do I make my own rules". I added answers to these questions on the Kosmos FAQ page. --Breki 07:30, 27 July 2008 (UTC)

Oh sorry, that i forgot to translate into English due to the often Exchange between English and German Wiki. But thank you for adding the Question and especially the answer to the FAQ.--Crissiloop 10:57, 27 July 2008 (UTC)

I am in awe of this whole OSM project, but when i discovered that the rendering rules are human-readable wiki pages, too, it almost blew my mind.

Is there a way to specify multiple pages to use as rules? It would be nice to have separate pages to add separate, small rendering features so that a user could mix as desired. --Pouletic 19:57, 25 March 2009 (UTC)

Currently no, but I hope it will be added in the future. It's not that it's complicated to implement reading of several pages, but the problem would be how to set the priorities between rules on different pages, without complicating the system too much. --Breki 21:56, 25 March 2009 (UTC)
