De-Facto why??
Why is this de facto? I wouldn't consider a tag with not even 1k usages de facto. Emilius123 (talk) 14:39, 20 January 2022 (UTC)
Should this not be a subtag of amenity=cafe?
The nargile/hookah/shisha/waterpipe lounges I know are pretty much cafès with the additional amenity of having waterpipes with different flavours on the menu. I see that currently all such hookah lounges I know are indeed tagged with amenity=cafe (or even amenity=restaurant if they have proper food) and smoking=yes. smoking=yes is insufficient, but maybe instead something like smoking=hookah would? --Westnordost (talk) 09:50, 22 September 2022 (UTC)
